Draft Resolution Attachment F <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />11 <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 25 1h day of February 2008, at 6:00 <br />3 P.M. <br />The following members were present: <br />5 and was absent. <br />6 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO, <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH §1005,015 AND §1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR CLIFFORD <br />10 AND MARYLIN SNYDER AT 2217 SNELLING AVENUE (PF0 -004) <br />"I'll WHEREAS, Clifford and Marylin Snyder own the property at 2217 Snelling Avenue- <br />1 and ('21 <br />"I", <br />13 WHEREAS, the subject Property is legally described as: <br />Section 9 Township 29 Range 23 the N 80 feet of the E 328.83 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE <br />15 1/4 of the SE 1/4 (subject to Highway and easement) in Section 9 Township 29 Range 23 <br />16 PIN** 09-�29-�23-�44-0002 <br />17 WHEREAS, through the applicant, Steve Allen, the property owners seek to allow an <br />1 off-sale liquor store, which is a conditionally permitted use in the applicable General Business <br />Zoning District; and <br />?,C) WHEREAS, The Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />r <br />""?-1 requested CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, voting 6-1 to recommend approval of the request <br />(I <br />(1211"?, based on public comment and the comments and findings of the staff report dated February 6, <br />"1"13 2008-and <br />WHEREAS the Roseville City Council has determined that approval of the requested <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT will not adversely affect conditions on, or value of, nearby <br />6 properties and will not compromise the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of <br />!1.7 Roseville; <br />I 111`1'1111 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />the request for a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT in accordance with Section § 1013.01 of the <br />3c) Roseville City Code; <br />3 1 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />Page I of 3 <br />
