EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville,, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 25 day of February, <br />2008,, at 6.-00 p.m. <br />The following members were present.* <br />and the following were absent.- <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />RESOLUTION No. XXXXX <br />Adoption of the Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area Public Financial <br />Participation Framework <br />WHEREAS,, The Roseville City Council has adopted the Twin Lakes Business Park <br />Master Plan and the Twin Lakes Business Park Design Principles; and <br />WHEREAS The Roseville City Council has adopted Imagine Roseville 2025; <br />p I <br />WHEREAS,, The Roseville City Council has created a Tax Increment Financing District <br />17 and a Hazardous Substance Subdistrict 17a within the Twin Lakes <br />Redevelopment Area; and <br />WHEREAS,, The Roseville City Council anticipates that there will be requests for <br />public financial assistance from the development community through a <br />Tax Increment Application process; and <br />WHEREAS,, The City of Roseville is eligible to apply for and receive grant funds <br />through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic <br />Development, the Metropolitan Council, and Ramsey County, as well as <br />other federal state and regional agencies; and <br />�p �p I <br />WHEREAS,, The City Council has developed a Public Financial Framework for the <br />Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area in order to discuss and review requests <br />for public financial assistance. <br />
