EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 25th day of February, 2008, , at 6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />FOR 2008 CONTRACT B <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council, the City Engineer has prepared plans <br />and specifications for the following improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to <br />the Council for approval: <br />City Project No. P-07-02: <br />• Ridgewood Road- from Asbury Street to the City limits <br />• Asbury Street- from T.H. 51 to the City limits <br />City Project No. P-08-04: <br />• Lydia Court- Lydia Avenue to cul de sac <br />• Lydia Avenue- Iii, crest to Brenner Avenue <br />• Brenner Avenue- Iii, crest to Patton Road <br />• Arthur Street- County Road D to Brenner Avenue <br />• Brenner Avenue- Arthur Street to Mildred Street <br />• Centre Pointe Drive- County Road C-2 to Cleveland Avenue <br />• Lydia Avenue- Centre Pointe Drive to Cleveland Avenue <br />• Herschel Street- County Road B to South Highway 36 Service Drive <br />• South Highway 3 Service Drive- Herschel Street to Fairview Avenue <br />• Fulham Street- County Road B to South Highway 36 Service Drive <br />• South Highway 3 Service Drive- Fulham Street to County Road B <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, <br />are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Roseville Review, the official <br />newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of <br />such approved plans and specifications.
