Attachment B <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22th day of September <br />2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members, were present-. <br />and the following were absent-. <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF <br />TO THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota (the 'City"), as follows: <br />1. RHRA Commis,oner Jen J acks,on- Mill as,ovich, whose term ends, on <br />September 23, 2008 has indicated that she is unable to serve another term <br />on the RHRA Board. <br />2. Pursuant to City of Roseville Resolution No. 10541, the City Council <br />advertised the vacancy and interviewed applicants, for the RHRA Board on <br />September 22, 2008. <br />3 .
