TRAFFIC CALMING - Physical and other measures used on a street or highway to reduce the dominance and speed <br />of motor vehicles. <br />TRAILS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM JMP ) - Program developed to provide the community of Roseville with a <br />network of pathways based on the Pathways Master Plan, including construction/implementation and <br />maintenance/management components. <br />TRAIL - An off-road pathway that is generally 8,-12 feet wide. These pathways are multiuse designed for the <br />preferential or exclusive use of bicycles, in-line skaters and pedestrians. Usually constructed of bituminous <br />pavement. <br />UTILITARIAN — Pathway use pursued for a non- recreational purpose. (i.e. walking to the store to get milk, biking <br />to the library for a book <br />URBAN ROAD — A road that has curb and gutter, with storm sewer provided by catch basins. <br />VEHICLE — Vehicle means every device in, upon, or by which any person or property is or may be transported or <br />drawn upon a highway, except devices used exclusively upon stationary rails or tracks. (SIN 169.01 Subd. 2) <br />WIDE OUTSIDE LANE - Any roadway upon which a bicycle lane is not designated and which may be legally used <br />by bicycles whether or not such facility is specifically designated as a bikeway.
