It is my understanding there is a <br />siding is,gue at WWVI and a change of covenants. As, I understand, it, the change of the <br />covenants is a serious financial disadvantage to a minority ofhomeowners and a financial <br />advantage to a majofity.. <br />We n WWVII have the same covenants as WNM did, until they were changed. We still have the <br />original covenants, The Covenants work very well o because they are fair and equitable to <br />ALL homeowners <br />V 9 <br />Our exterior maintenance and repair work, according to, our covenants, is paid for by th <br />individual homeowner. in other words we pay our own way'. I <br />IfRoseville is funding the project �for WWVI it seems, reasonable to fund according to the on'ginal <br />covenants, that people bought under. <br />
