<br />a los,ephine Woods, site, I are very concerned that this
<br />on the east side of Lexington at C2 will place an
<br />Currently, los,ephine has 2,500 cars, per day. The
<br />cars, per day forecast for los,ephine. My wife & I
<br />s,erious, car incidents, in the past year while waiting
<br />C2 was, Closed one block west of Lexington 30 years, ago as part of the Lexington Apartments,
<br />development. Since then, the additional traffic demand around C2 has been enormous,, and will
<br />continue to grow for years, to come. At the time C2 was, Closed, there were no apartment
<br />developments, east of Hamline on C2. Today, there are numerous, apartments, and condos,, and
<br />there will be more traffic when the Hamline Center becomes, a senior living property as
<br />planned.
<br />Now is the time to open C2 to allow efficient use of this important road, and to fairly share
<br />the traffic burden in this part of Ros,eville.
