It appears, that there is not an accompanying proposal to open <br />County Road C2 for travel between Lexington and Hamline. Thus,, los,ephine Road could become <br />the main arterie for traffic leaving the development. los,ephine Road is already a heavily <br />traveled route that is burdened from traffic going between Lexington and Hamline. I feel <br />that approval of the development should be contingent upon opening County Road C2 to east- <br />west traffic.
