Attachment J <br />1 6. The Developer shall be responsible for recording the Plat, and the cost thereof, following <br />2 the approval of the Plat by the Roseville City Council. Arrangements for recording the <br />3 Agreement and the Plat shall made by the Developer and the City to assure that title to <br />4 the Property at the time of recording is satisfactory to the City. This Agreement shall be <br />5 recorded prior to the recording of the Plat unless otherwise agreed to by the City. <br />6 7. The Developer shall form a Homeowner's Association(s) which will, among other things, <br />7 be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various an on the Property. The <br />8 Homeowner's Association documents shall be subject to the approval by the City <br />9 Attorney and Staff No work shall commence on the Property until such approval is <br />10 given unless otherwise designated by the City Engineer in writing. <br />I I <br />Page 12 of 15 <br />
