According to page 23 of the stud�y., all key intersections currently operate at an <br />acceptable LOS (level of service) d g peak hour without the County Road C2 <br />connection, both now in 2011 and at 2030 projected traffic volumes, with the exception <br />of 2030 LOS d�egrad�ation to "F"' at Lexington and C2. What is the reason to open C2 if <br />d�oing so will not only have no positive impact on overall traffic levels of service at key <br />intersections., but will actually cause future d�eteriorating LOS where none exists now? <br />RESPONSE: The scope of the study was to identify the impacts associated with a <br />potential connection of County Road C2. No specific recommendation regarding <br />connecting this roadway is included in this study. <br />27.
