<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />JULY 27, 1987 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 27th day of July, <br /> <br />1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1987 <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. P-85-20A, prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as directed <br /> <br />by the Council on July 13, 1987, and reported that the assessment <br /> <br />roll is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman then introduced the following <br /> <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8173 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, that <br />the proposed 1987 assessment roll for Improvement No. p-85-20A <br /> <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br /> <br />City Manager is approved, and the Manager is directed to publish <br /> <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the pro- <br /> <br />posed assessment on August 17, 1987, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br /> <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The <br />
