Iv. RECOVEIZY AND REPAYMENT 4.01 Recovery of Francis. If the Grantee recovers funds pursuant to are action under Minnesota Statutes section 115B.04, or other law, to recover- the reasonable and necessary Pro}ect Costs incurred to cleanup the Site, the grantee shall repay to the Council that portion of the grant as provided ill Paragraph 4.04. 4.02 Assignment of Rrahts.- Upon regUest of the Council, the Grantee shall- assign to the Council the Grantee's right to recover the funds described i n P ara�raph 4.0 1, shall prepare and submit. a certification of the Proaect Costs incurred, and shall cooperate in any cost recovery action brought by the Council. 4.03 Expenses of recovery.
