Periodically, <br />structures, scheduled to be demolished, are offered to our fire and police departments for <br />training. These structures are sometimes owned by businesses that request a hold harmless for <br />their corporation. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The City of Roseville would execute a hold harmless agreement for the benefit of Prince of <br />Peace, Inc. in the city of Roseville to allow fire and police training in a donated house. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />There are minimal financial implications for the execution of this agreement. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommendation is for council to approve the hold harmless agreement for the benefit of <br />Prince of Peace, Inc. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Motion to execute the hold harmless agreement with Prince of Peace, Inc., located at 2555 North <br />Victoria Street, Roseville, Minnesota, for the benefit of fire department and police department <br />training. This training is scheduled to include live burn training which will conclude with the <br />fully burning of some of the properties. <br />Prepared by: Richard B.
