r <br />Attachment A <br />homes far Generations <br />April 18, 2008 <br />Thomas Paschke <br />City Planner <br />City of Roseville <br />2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, MN 55 113 <br />Dear Mr. Paschke, <br />On March 24th the City Council approved Aeon's concept PUD and plat plans for Har Mar Apartments, <br />at 2225 -2265 Snelling Avenue North in Roseville. We respectfully request that the approval of this plat <br />and PUD he extended until March 25th of 2009, <br />As you know, completing the concept PUD and platting process was a key component in positioning the <br />project to receive higher scares in June's finding round. Aeon is applying to the state housing finance <br />agency, Minnesota Housing, for the hulk of project funding in June. We will be notified of these awards <br />by November I, 2008, at which paint we would proceed further with the design development for the <br />project. We would re- engage with the city for the final PIED and plat approvals in early 2009, and <br />prepare for construction start in the summer of 2009.
