Department Approval <br />K%k A <br />Rls�kspvlffi� <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 06/16/08 <br />Item No.: 7.c <br />City Manager Approval <br />Item Description: City of Roseville, Cedarholm Golf Course, request for Temporary on -Sale Liquor <br />License <br />BACKGROUND <br />Cedarholm Golf Course has applied for a temporary on -sale liquor license at 2323 Hamline Ave. for an <br />event to be held on July 25, 2008. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />Required by City Code <br />FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />The revenue generated from license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police compliance checks, <br />background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws and license administration. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />The City staff has reviewed the application and has determined that the applicant meets City <br />requirements, and is recommending approval of the application. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Motion to approve Cedarholm Golf Course's application for a Temporary on -Sale Liquor License at 2323 <br />Hamline Ave N. for July 25, 2008. <br />Prepared by: Chris Miller, Finance Director <br />Attachments: A: Application <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
