Your renewal request was considered by <br />the Roseville City Council at its November 24, 2008 meeting and due to questions about past <br />liquor violations at your estab l z sl nent} your request was continued for further discussion. <br />According to our records, the history of violations is as Follows. <br />* # July, 2007 <br />** August, 2005 <br />* ** March, 1998 <br />City Code Section 302.07 governs the issuance of liquor licenses. This Section provides that the <br />City Council shall investigate each application., and shall "...In its discretion-, grant or refuse the <br />application.' <br />Be advised that the City Council w1_11, at its December. 15, 2008, :00 p.m. meeting, give further <br />consideration of your renewal. request, including the relevance of ' p ast violations. One of the <br />options available to the Council would be to deny your renewal request based 0•n the history of <br />liquor violations described herein. <br />I strongly recommend that you attend the December 15, 2008 meeting, and be prepared to <br />address the merits of your application; and any questions the Council may have regarding prior <br />violati.ens.
