EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day of August, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and wiski. And the following were absent: None. Council person Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8183 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT SW-85-18G WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville, including all that property on West Cleveland Frontage Road from the East Cleveland Frontage Road under 35W along the west side of 35W to the north limits of the B-2 bridge project by the installation of sidewalk and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.011 to 429.111. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, Matson, and Wiski. and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
