<br />WHEREAS, it appears that Frattalone Excavating is the lowest responsible bidder at the base bid <br />amount of$305,007.05; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Frattalone Excavating for $305,007.05 in the name of the City ofRoseville for the above <br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />City Council and on file in the office of the City Manager; <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilmember Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall and the following <br />voted against: None.
