<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 17, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the <br /> <br />City Hall on the 17th day of August, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Johnson and Kehr; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected <br /> <br />property owners at the public assessment hearing held on August <br /> <br />17, 1987, Councilmember Matson then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8193 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. p-85-20A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed <br />at this time for Improvement No. p-85-20A against every <br />assessable lot, piece or parcel of land affected thereby has been <br />duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to <br />cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and notice has been duly <br />mailed and published, as required by law, that this Council would <br />meet to hear, consider and pass upon all objections, if any, and <br />said proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been <br />open for public inspection, and an opportunity has been given to <br />all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to <br />such proposed assessments. <br />
