The following Community/Neighborhood meetings have been scheduled to review plans and <br /> gather community input: <br /> Date: January 25, 2012, 7:00 p.m. <br /> Location: Roseville Skating Center <br /> Purpose: General Community meeting to update residents on the overall renewal <br /> program, projects, timelines and funding schedule <br /> Date: February 8, 20127 6:30 p.m. <br /> Location: Roseville Skating Center <br /> Purpose: To review Lexington Park improvements and building replacement <br /> Date: February 15, 20127 6:30 p.m. <br /> Location: Harriet Alexander Nature Center <br /> Purpose: To review Boardwalk replacement and Nature Center improvements <br /> One of the initial and very important decisions is to consider a general procurement method. <br /> The three identified options include: Low Bid, Best Value Procurement and Best Overall <br /> Value. It is anticipated that staff will be bringing this to the City Council at its January 9, 2012 <br /> meeting for discussion and direction. Attached for your review is a Request for City Council <br /> Action outlining some background and preferred approach as well as a proposal from <br /> Arizona State University. Staff will be prepared to review this with you further at your <br /> meeting. <br /> Commission representatives and staff will provide any additional information to date. <br /> Requested Action: Discuss Park Renewal Program (PRP), the Procurement Method and <br /> provide advice and guidance. <br /> 6.
