<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular <br />session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of January, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Wiski introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9374 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MnDOT LIMITED USE PERMIT <br />TWIN LAKES REGIONAL POND, ST -96-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City ofRoseville is proceeding with the preparation of plans and specifications <br />for the construction of a regional pond; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the pond is proposed to be constructed on MnDOT right-of-way between Cleveland <br />Avenue and I-35W; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT requires Limited Use Permits for all new facilities to be located within its <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville that: <br /> <br />1. The City ofRoseville approves MnDOT's Limited Use Permit for the construction of the <br />Twin Lakes regional pond. <br /> <br />2. The City Council authorizes the Mayor and Manager to sign the document on behalf of <br />the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Maschka; upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
