<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AUGUST 24, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br /> <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th day of August, <br />1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Cushman, Johnson, Kehr and Matson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8203 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT M-87-16 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville, including all that property on County Road B-2 bet- <br /> <br />ween Fairview Avenue and Snelling Avenue by the installation of <br /> <br />traffic signals and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the <br /> <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br /> <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.011 to <br /> <br />429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />
