<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 14th day of September 1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and <br />Wiski and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 8206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />INCREASE THE TAX LEVY FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT BONDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council will be issuing General Improvement <br />Bonds in 1988 requiring a new levy; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> <br />The <br />tax <br />1988 <br /> <br />Ramsey County Auditor be directed to increase the <br />levy for planned General Improvement Bonds Series <br />by $212,476. <br /> <br />1988 <br />13, <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Cushman and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
