EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said City on the 28th day of September, 1987 at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Matson, Kehr, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Me mbe r Kehr its adoption: introduced the following resolution and Re so 1 ut ion No. 8212 WHEREAS, the 71.070 and 66.340 County Auditor the be entered as part year: City Code of the City of Roseville, Section provides that the City may certify to the amounts of unpaid sewer and water charges to of the tax levy on said premises and ensuing NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. Exhibit II A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parcels of real property lying within the City limits which are served by sanitary sewers and municipal water service of the City of Roseville, and on which there are unpaid sewer and water charges as shown on the attached exhibit "A" . 2. The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the real estate taxes due the amount set forth in Exhibit "A" for taxes due and payable in 1987. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the fo 11 owi ng voted in favor ther eof : Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Wiskii And the fo lowing voted against same: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
