<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF HEETllfG <br />OF CITY COUlfCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUIfTY, MIHRESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said <br />City on Monday, the twelfth day of October 12, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, <br />and Wiski, <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Council person Kehr <br />resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 821 4 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-87-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville, <br />on Fernwood Court north of Rose Place by the installation of ornamental street <br />lights and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on October 12, 1987, <br />is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursurant to Minnesota Statues, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and <br />that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, <br />advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />CouncilpersonJohnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, Matson, and Wiski, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
