EXTRACT OF MIBUTES OF MEETING OF CIn conCIL CIn OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUJITY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of October, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski, And the following were absent: Matson. Councilperson Kehr resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the following RESOLUTION NO. 8217 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-p-87-20 WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City of Roseville on Fairview Avenue and County Road B-2 by the installation of traffic signals and for roadway modifications and to assess the benefited property for a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
