EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 23rd day of November, 1987, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8219 SUPERVISORY AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the Supervisory and Confidential Employee Classification and Pay Plan be revised to include the following salary ranges of certain City employees in 1988: 1988 Yearly Salary Ranges Classification Clubhouse Supervisor License Supervisor Police Secretary Administrative Secretary Golf Course Superintendent Engineering Supervisor $16,700 - 20,800 18,200 - 22,800 18,200 - 22,800 21,500 - 26,900 25,600 - 32,000 30,900 - 38,700 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the monthly insurance contribution provided to the employees covered under this plan be increased to $185.00/month. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
