<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota <br />was duly held on the 21st day of December, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, <br />and Wiski, and the following were absent: Kehr. <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8223 <br /> <br />IN COMMENDATION OF WALT JOPKE UPON HIS RETIREMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walt Jopke has served the City of Roseville with dedication <br />and distinction as Environmental Health Consultant for twenty-two <br />years; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, during these years of service, he has provided the City <br />with an exceptional environmental health program; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, his knowledge and skills have been valuable assets to the <br />City; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Walt will retire from the City as of December 31, 1987; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation for <br />Walt Jopke's outstanding service, and extends its congratulations <br />and best wishes for a long, happy, and fulfilling retirement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Matson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, <br />and Wiski, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
