EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21st day of December, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, rllatson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following were absent: Kehr. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8225 IN APPRECIATION TO DONN WISKI FOR HIS SERVICE AS MAYOR WHEREAS, Donn wiski has served Roseville with distinction as Mayor for the past year; and WHEREAS, his term as Mayor has been marked by exemplary dedication to the best interests of the community; and, WHEREAS, he has earned the admiration and high regard of 'those with whom he has come into contact; and, WHEREAS, his performance of the duties and responsibilities of Mayor has been characterized by excellent and constructive contributions to municipal government in Roseville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby express its sincere appreciation and thanks to Donn Wiski for his distinguished service to the community, and extends its best wishes for continued success in all his future endeavors. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, and Cushman, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
