<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10th day of February, <br />1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall, and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9377 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1996 BUDGET FOR WAGE AND SALARIES, <br />UNANTICIPATED REVENUES AND EXPENSES AND TRANSFERRING OF FUNDS <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The 1996 Budget be amended as set out below: <br /> <br />Amendment 1 Wage. Salary. Fringe Transfers: <br /> <br />From Contingent to General Fund <br />From Contingent to Recreation <br /> <br />$197,839 <br />$ 47,027 <br /> <br />Amendment 2 To Transfer from Contingent for Un budgeted Items as Itemized <br />Below: <br /> <br />From Contingent to Legal Services $ 20,000 <br />From Interest to Professional Services $ 6,000 <br /> <br />Amendment 3 To Amend Revenue and Expense as Itemized Below: <br /> <br />License Center Revenues <br />License Center Expenses <br /> <br />$205,000 <br />$205,000 <br /> <br />$ 45,000 <br />$ 45,000 <br /> <br />Community Development Revenues <br />Community Development Expenses <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Wiski, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
