EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 'k * * * * ;~ * * * * ok Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21st day of December, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, and the following were absent: Kehr. Ivlember Cushman adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8237 HOLIDAY BENEFITS FOR REGULAR PART-TIIvlE EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the regular part-time employees of the City receive prorated paid Holiday benefits effective January 1, 1988. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Matson and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, , and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
