EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R05EVILLE * * :~ * * * * * * ,~ '* Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of January, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8239 RESOLUTION ON DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, that the following banks be designated official depos- itories for the City of Roseville for 1988: Roseville State Bank North Star State Bank Mid-America National Bank Midwest Federal Savings and Loan Twin City Federal Savings and Loan First Minnesota Savings Bank The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rag, and the following voted against the same: None: WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
