EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, February 10, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9378 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-97-02, NEIGHBORHOODS 38, 42, AND 43 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 27, 1997, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-97-02, Neighborhoods 38, 42, and 43; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 10, 1997, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-97-02, Neighborhoods 38,42, and 43, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: P-97-02-38 Cohansey Street, County Road B-2 to Lovell Avenue Southhill Drive, Lovell Avenue to Minnesota Street Lovell Avenue, Cohansey Street to Western Avenue Top Hill Circle, Lovell Avenue to cul-de-sac P-97-02-42 Hand Avenue, Minnesota Street to cul-de-sac Auerbach Avenue, Minnesota Street to cul-de-sac P-97-02-43 Capitol View Avenue, Western Avenue to Marion Street Western Avenue, Capitol View Avenue to Minnesota Street Marion Street, Capitol View Avenue to Minnesota Street
