EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * ,k * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of January, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: JYlatson, Cushman, Kehr" , Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Matson introduced the following resolution and moved its adop- tion: RESOLUTION NO. 8243 AMENDING RESOLUTION 8237 HOLIDAY BENEFITS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES WHEREAS, Pursuant to the provisions of the laws of the State of Minnesota, the City Council shall establish employee compensation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that those employees \N'hose posi tions are classified in the Clerical/Technical, Supervisory/Confidential, or AdministrativeJr1anagement Pay Plans shall receive prorated holiday benefits effective January 1, 1988. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Cushman, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matsorl, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
