EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, January 26, 1988, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Rog and Councilmembers Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Johnson. and the following were absent: None. Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles Honchell, City Public Works Director; Douglas strong, Senior Engineering Technician; Robert Bell of Peterson, Bell, Converse and Jensen, City Attorney, and Edward Burrell, Finance Director. Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8257 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-88-02, NEIGHBORHOOD NO. 29 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. P-88-02, Neighborhood 29 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: Dunlap Street from County Road B-2 to Sextant Avenue Dunlap Street from Oakcrest Avenue to Rose Place Fernwood Street from Oakcrest Avenue to Rose Place Brooks Avenue from Fernwood Avenue to Dunlap Street Dellwood Avenue from Oakcrest Avenue to Rose Place Rose Place from Dellwood Street to Hamline Avenue as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $328,783.27, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and Rog. and the following voted against the same: None. whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
