The Certificate of Insurance shall name City as an additional insured, and state that contractor's coverage shall be the primary coverage in the event of a loss. Further,the Certificate shall provide for thirty(3 o)days'Witten notice to City before cancellation, expiration, or change of coverage. G. Workers' Corn ensation Insurance. Contractor shall provide evilence of Workers' Compensation Insurance covering all employees of contractor engaged in the performance of the contract in accordance with the Minnesota Wor ers'Compensation Law. H. Affamative diction. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable laws relating to nondiscrimination,, affirmative aeon, public purchase, contracting, and employment. . Tom. The bid prices shall not include the SCORE tax or the Minnesota Waste Generator Fee. J. Indemnification. Contractor shall indemnify and hold the City, its employees and agents harmless from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including, but not limited to,attorneys'fees)which may be incurred or for which they may be held liable as a result of the negligent or intentional acts of contractor, its employees or subcontractors,,in the performance of this Waste Removal Service. K. Conflict of Interest. Contractor agrees that no officer or employee of the City shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof, Violation of this provision shall cause this Agreement to be null and void, and Contractor will forfeit any payments to be made under this Agreement. 4
