<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said City on Tuesday, the twenty-sixth day of January, 1988, at <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8263 <br /> <br />NO PARKING ON WEST I-35W FRONTAGE ROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, West I-35W Frontage Road from Cleveland Avenue to st. Croix <br />Street is a Roseville Municipal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadway will be constructed to 36 foot wide design, <br />the prohibition of parking on both sides is required to meet city <br />standards. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parking is hereby prohibited on both <br />sides of West I-35W Frontage Road from Cleveland Avenue to st. Croix <br />street identified as Roseville Project No. P-85-18C. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilman Matson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Matson, Cushman, Kehr, Johnson, and <br />Rog. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
