EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting on the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the city Hall on the eighth day of February, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Kehr its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 8265 RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-87-15 Whereas, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above improvements, according to the plans and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were received on January 29, 1988, at 11:00 o'clock a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: CSI, Inc. Excavating Lake Area utility Contractors Shafer Contracting Enebak Construction Carl Bolander & Sons Minn-Kota Excavating Reising Excavating 70,524.50 73,100.00 77,730.86 82,644.80 87,930.36 88,759.00 97,787.30 99,652.35 104,618.50 110,076.60 114,664.00 124,826.20 133,552.30 WHEREAS, it appears that CSI, Inc. of is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price of $70,524.50; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with CSI, Inc. for $70,524.50 in the name of the city of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the city Manager.
