<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the city Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the eighth day of February, 1988, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8266 <br /> <br />APPROVING OVERLAY PLANS <br /> <br />REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO RESTRICT PARKING <br /> <br />ALONG A PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD C <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the county has planned the improvement of County Road C from <br />Dale Street to Rice Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the county will be expending county funds on the improvement of <br />said street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said improvement does not conform to the approved minimum <br />standards as previously adopted for such county state aid streets; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions, that would be a necessary <br />prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a county project in <br />the city, has been determined. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the city approve the county plans to <br />overlay Count Road C from Dale Street to Rice Street and requests the <br />county to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of this <br />roadway. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Matson, Cushman, Kehr, and <br />Rog, <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
