<br />Police Civil Service Commission <br /> <br />Meeting Minutes Monday, November 7, 2011 <br />Elm Conference Room, Roseville City Hall <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> Don Drackert, chairperson; Jim Campbell, Zoe Jenkins, recor <br />Others Present: <br /> Rick Mathwig, Chief, Roseville Police Department <br />A. The meeting was called to order by the chairperson, Don Dracke <br />B. The minutes of the October 4, 2011 meeting were reviewed and <br />C. The purpose of this meeting is to certify the Sergeant Eligib <br />the February 2012 Annual Meeting. <br />D. Chief Mathwig reviewed the process that was followed to achie <br />on the sergeant eligibility list. <br />DI. There were originally nine applicants. Eight applicants co <br />One applicant withdrew due to a necessary maternity leave. Appl <br />Schultz, Mark Ganley and Jennifer Eng received the highest score <br />will talk to each applicant individually explaining his/her scor <br />process. They will also have an opportunity to review their own <br />as be advised of ways in which they can improve their performanc <br />their experiences should they wish to apply again in the future. <br />candidates will be interviewed individually by Chief Mathwig.
