EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 29th day of February, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Rog and Councilmembers Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Kehr And the following were absent: None Councilperson Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8271 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-87-15B WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville, on the southeast corner of Dale Street and County Road B by the construction of storm sewer pipe and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on February 23, 1988, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Sec. 429.035. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Rog, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Kehr and the following voted against the same: None Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
