<br /> <br /> <br />Roseville Police Civil Service Commission (PCSC) <br /> <br /> <br /> Meeting Minutes: Tuesday, April 13, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> Elm Conference Room - Roseville City Hall <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners James Campbell, Teresa Bailey and Don Drackert <br /> <br />Others Present for the Agenda Items: <br />None <br /> <br />Commissioner Campbell called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm and the previously <br />provided agenda was reviewed and agreed upon as submitted. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A. Introductions: <br /> The Commissioners introduced themselves and provided pertinent <br />background information, i.e., education, prior experience, etc. <br /> <br /> <br />B. Elections: <br /> The Commissioners unanimously elected James Campbell Chairperson and <br />Don Drackert Recording Secretary. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes: <br /> The PCSC reviewed and unanimously <br />approved the March 16, 2010 meeting minutes. <br /> <br /> <br /> D. Status of Open Action Item(s): <br /> <br /> <br /> Action Item #1: <br />Captain Mathwig was unavailable for this meeting and was therefore <br /> <br />unable to address the items he is responsible for. They will be addressed at the May 11, <br />2010 meeting. . <br /> <br />ACTION ITEM REMAINS OPEN. <br /> <br /> <br />Action Item #2: <br />Chairperson Campbell will contact Mr. Houck and invite him to our May <br />11, 2010 PCSC meeting. The purpose is to gather additional information relative to his <br />concerns regarding current procedures for promotion to Lieutenant and Captain in the <br />RPD. <br /> <br />Action Item #3: <br />Commissioner Bailey will contact the Human Rights Commission Chair <br />to see if there are any issues the two commissions should collaborate on. <br /> <br />E.
