EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the 14th day of March, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, And the following were absent: None. Councilperson Kehr resolution: introduced and moved the adoption of the following RESOLUTION NO. 8279 CONSTRUCTION OF NON-MOTORIZED PATHWAY ON COUNTY ROAD B FROM PASCAL TO SNELLING AND ON SNELLING FROM COUNTY ROAD B TO SKILLMAN CITY PROJECT NO. M-88-08 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville, on the County Road B from Pascal to Snelling and on Snelling from County Road B to Skillman by the installation of a non-motorized pathway and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on March 14, 1988, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Sec. 429.035. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
