<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City <br />Hall in said city on Monday, the 14th day of March, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, <br />and Rog, <br /> <br />And the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Kehr <br />resolution: <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8279 <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION OF NON-MOTORIZED PATHWAY ON <br />COUNTY ROAD B FROM PASCAL TO SNELLING AND <br />ON SNELLING FROM COUNTY ROAD B TO SKILLMAN <br />CITY PROJECT NO. M-88-08 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the City of <br />Roseville, on the County Road B from Pascal to Snelling and on Snelling <br />from County Road B to Skillman by the installation of a non-motorized <br />pathway and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on March 14, <br />1988, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all <br />convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and <br />Rog, <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
