EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 28th day of March, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Rag, and the following members were absent: None. Councilmember Kehr adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 8281 A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED STREET WITHIN THE BRENNER ADDITION NO. 3 WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the city council held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the city of Roseville should be vacated, and; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public street over the property described as follows: ALL THAT PART OF COMET DRIVE AS PLATTED IN BRENNER ADDITION NO. 3 ABUTTING LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEED IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF RAMSEY, STATE OF MINNESOTA. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing seconded by Councilmember Matson , and upon following voted in favor of the resolution: Kehr. and Rog, resolution was duly a vote being taken, the Cushman. Johnson, Matson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
