<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF THE MEETING <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the City Hall in said City on the 28th day of March, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and Rog, <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Cushman, Johnson, r.1atson, Kehr, <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8283 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A CERTAIN PUBLIC, PLATTED <br />STREET WITHIN THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 5, <br />TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council <br />held a public hearing to determine whether or not said street in the <br />city of Roseville should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the city of Roseville hereby vacates the public <br />street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />ALL THAT PART OF RAYMOND AVENUE LYING NORTH OF THE NORTH RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY LINE OF COUNTY ROAD C-2 AND LYING SOUTH OF THE NORTH 740 FEET <br />OF THE NORTHEAST ONE-QUARTER OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29, RANGE 23, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />seconded by Councilmember Matson , and upon <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Kehr, and Rog, <br /> <br />resolution was duly <br />a vote being taken, the <br />Cushman, Johnson, Matson, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
