This letter serves as a follow -up summary of the open house. <br />Invitations for the community open house were sent out on March 3, 2011 to a list of 86 addressees provided by the City. <br />The mailing list included property owners within 500 feet of the proposed HHW site, members of the Planning <br />Commission and City Council, the Community Planning Director, the City Manager, and the Mayor. The open house <br />was held at the Roseville Community Center on March 17, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. County Environmental <br />Health Section staff was present to answer questions and receive feedback from those attending. Only one person <br />showed up during the scheduled meeting time: Lonnie Brokke, City of Roseville Parks and Recreation Director. Mr. <br />Brokke was supportive of HHW collection in Roseville and commented that it provides a good service to residents. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this summary.
