The Planning Division voted (6 -0) to recommend <br />13 approval of the proposed CONDITIONAL USE; see Section 8 of this report for the detailed <br />14 recommendation. <br />15 3.0 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />16 By resolution, approve the proposed INTERIM USE, pursuant to § 1005 (Business Districts) <br />17 and § 1013 (Interim Uses) of the City Code; see Section 9 of this report for the detailed <br />18 action. <br />19 4.0 BACKGROUND <br />20 4.1 The McCarrons Hills shopping center property at 1685 -1717 Rice Street has a <br />21 Comprehensive Plan designation of Business (B) and a zoning classification of General <br />22 Business District (B -3).
