That the final. plats for the * -unit future phase of senior <br />housing in the northwest corner of the site be designed <br />essentially as shown on the PD site plan.. This means that <br />the use will be for senior housing with some assisted care <br />provided, that there will be adequate parking in the <br />location shown, that the building will be one story and <br />essentially of the size and location shown, and that the <br />des -gn and architectural character of the building be <br />compatible with the other two new buildings. Compliance <br />with these issues s h.a l l be determ.�.n d by the City <br />Development Review committee. if the Development Review <br />Committee bel.ieves. that the design does not f �t within these <br />guidelines, this portion of the p o ect will be referred. to <br />the Planning Commission. and City Council for an anendment to <br />the PUD, <br />11* That the final plans for the future College.
