ss WHEREAS, the City has been advised that a public hearing and the City Council approval of the <br />64 financing of the Project is required under Section 1470 of the Internal Revenue Code, the Housing <br />65 Program Act and the Industrial Development Act: <br />66 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />67 follows: <br />68 1. A public hearing on the proposal of the Borrower will be held at the time and place <br />69 set forth in the form of Notice of Public Hearing attached as Exhibit A. The general nature of the Project <br />7o and an estimate of the aggregate principal amount of revenue bonds or other obligations to be issued to <br />71 finance the proposal are described in the Notice of Public Hearing. <br />72 2. The Manager of the City is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />73 hearing to be given one publication in the official newspaper of the City and a newspaper of general <br />74 circulation available in the City, not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for the <br />75 hearing, substantially in the form of the attached Notice of Public Hearing. <br />76 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />77 , and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />78 following voted in favor thereof: <br />79 and the following voted against the same: <br />so whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
