REVIEWED/ RECOMMENDS', <br />Oakcrest <br />- Project ST-81-3 <br />The City, today, <br />-received a petition -representing two parcels <br />west of Prior, south <br />of Oakcrest. The petition <br />calls for a feasibility study for <br />storm drains to serve <br />this area of the <br />City. It <br />represented 26.7% of said affected <br />area, (See attached <br />map),, <br />One of the signers represents a vacant parcel on Prior, which at the last Council <br />meeting requested a rezoning to build a Super 8 Motel. Since this matter will be <br />heard by the Planning Commission on March 4, prior to the next City Council meeting, <br />it is necessary to have the study begun as soon as possible. The consulting firm of <br />Short-Elliott-Hendrickson has been contacted - concerning this project and have <br />expressed an interest in doing the engineering, <br />. ftecommended Council Action: Adoption of a resolution accepting the petition <br />for Storm Drains in the Prior and Oakcrest area, <br />idened as Project ST-81-3 and ordering the <br />preparation of a feasibility report for the project. <br />
